Software made by someone who runs a school
Elapron is a product of Apeiron Corp Group, a Dominican company. It was born while building the system for Impulsa Institute: every feature exists because it had to be solved on a Monday morning with students waiting. The name joins the first letters of the founder's children's names with the root of Apeiron.

FAQ
What people usually ask us
Can I use my own domain and logo?
Yes. You set your logo and colors from the dashboard, and your own address is connected when your space is created.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You export it in open formats. After cancellation we keep it for the period set in the contract and then delete it.
Does it issue tax invoices?
The module for the Dominican Republic is in preparation. Each customer completes its own filing with the tax authority, and Elapron is certified as a provider. In Spain, at the start we integrate with your current invoicing system. For the United States we are preparing sales tax by state.
Does it work outside the Dominican Republic yet?
Not yet. We are preparing the United States (English, sales tax by state, privacy) and Spain (GDPR, Verifactu) with local advisors. We start with one real customer in each country and do not promise features that do not exist yet.
How is the system updated?
We publish one version and roll it out in waves to every space. If an update fails for one customer, it is rolled back for that customer only.
Can I migrate from another system?
We import students, classes and payments from spreadsheets. We show you the format during the demo.

Privacy policy
1. Who we are
Elapron is a management platform operated by Apeiron Corp Group, based in the Dominican Republic. Privacy contact: privacy@elapron.com. Data Protection Officer (DPO): dpo@elapron.com.
2. Two different roles
When you visit this site or request a demo, Apeiron is responsible for your data. When an organization uses Elapron to manage its students, patients, residents or customers, that organization is the controller (or "business") and Apeiron acts as processor (or "service provider"), only on its instructions and under the contract we sign with it.
3. Data we process
- On this site: your name, email, industry and message, plus basic technical browsing data.
- Inside the platform: whatever each organization loads, such as identification, contact details, academic history, payments and documents.
4. What we use it for
- Reply to your demo request and commercial contact.
- Provide, maintain and protect the contracted service.
- Meet legal and tax obligations.
- Improve the product using aggregated data that identifies no one.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
5. Legal basis and applicable laws
Your free, informed and specific consent, performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations, under Law 172-13 of the Dominican Republic and, for individuals in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For residents of US states with privacy laws, such as California, we respect the rights those laws grant.
6. Children and students
Organizations may register minors. The organization is responsible for obtaining consent from parents or guardians, including under COPPA and FERPA where they apply to it. We apply role-based restricted access to this data. Health customers are responsible for determining whether HIPAA applies and for signing the corresponding agreements with us before loading protected health information.
7. Where it is stored and who receives it
Each organization has its own isolated database and storage. For European customers we use European Union jurisdiction when their space is created. We use infrastructure, email and messaging providers as subprocessors and give their list to anyone who requests it at privacy@elapron.com. We share data with authorities only when a valid law or order requires it.
8. How long we keep it
Commercial contact data, while the relationship lasts and for the applicable legal period. Each organization's data, while its contract lasts; when it ends, the customer exports it and we delete it within the agreed period.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or objection regarding your data and, in the EU, also restriction and portability. California residents may also ask what we collect and ask us not to sell or share it; we do not sell it. If your data is on an organization's platform, send the request to that organization; we will support it. For data we process ourselves, write to privacy@elapron.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country or state.
10. Security
Encryption in transit, role-based access control, activity logging and backups. If a breach affects personal data, we notify affected organizations without undue delay so they can meet their legal deadlines.
11. Changes
We will post any change here with its date. Important changes are announced to customers by email.

Terms of service
1. Acceptance
By signing up for or using Elapron you accept these terms. If you do so on behalf of an organization, you state that you have authority to bind it.
2. The service
Elapron is a management platform offered as a subscription service. Apeiron Corp Group keeps all rights in the software, the brand and the documentation. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your subscription is active. Source code is not delivered.
3. Account and users
You are responsible for your passwords and for the use made by users you authorize. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Your data
The data you load stays yours. You authorize us to process it only to provide the service, under the Privacy Policy and the data processing agreement. You are responsible for having the legal basis and consent for the data you record, including data about minors.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for illegal activity or to send unauthorized mass messages.
- Do not try to access other customers' data or alter system security.
- Do not copy, resell or decompile the software.
6. Prices and payment
The subscription is billed in advance, monthly or annually, depending on the plan. Applicable taxes are added. If a payment is overdue, we may suspend access after notifying you, without deleting your data during the agreed grace period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and announce maintenance windows in advance. Specific service levels are set in the plan or a separate agreement. Updates are rolled out centrally to all customers.
8. Compliance in each country
Each customer is responsible for its own tax, employment and data protection obligations. Electronic invoicing modules and similar are offered as they become available in each country, and each customer completes its own filings with the authorities.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. After termination you may export your data during the agreed period and then we will delete it. We may terminate for serious breach, with prior notice unless there is a security risk.
10. Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the event, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. For customers in other countries, mandatory local consumer and data protection rules may apply.
